Since I am deaf and in a wheel chair the The Sornoso has always double checked to make sure my handicap van is safe and in working condition. They know my van very well and their way of keeping records shows what was done and when its time to replace. Otherwise since i am not able to hear they do catch anything in time always. Service is great.

This is why auto repair places have the reputation they do – A few months back I took my car into Sornoso's to have both the front and back brakes replaced. When they replaced the back brakes, the mecahnic never reattached the emergency brake cable or didn't adjust it for the new pads. I drove the car around with no emergency brake for a few months until I had time to take the car back. Great Service at a Great Price – I thought it was a con that his services were so low. But realized they go out of their way to take good care of my car. Services were quick and friendly. My oil change took 15 to 20 minutes and I was on my way. Everyone at the shop seemed very happy with their work.

Poor Quality – I started going to Sornoso's because they are open on Saturdays. I always felt like I wasn't sure about their repairs. Once they said I needed new tires and when I asked to see the old ones they weren't sure where they went to. Another time I had them work on the brakes and I keep going back because they didn't feel right to me but they couldn't find anything wrong. Honesty – Sornoso Auto Repair is great. They are honest and their prices can't be beat. I thought I needed new breaks so I asked them to check it instead of telling me I needed new breaks they told me my breaks should be good for another 3 years. Now if I had taken my car elsewhere they would have easily tried to sell me new brakes.

customers beware – i hope the owners of sornoso auto repair reads this review of my horrible expierience at their "repair shop" ... to make a long story short, i have a 1993 chevy S10 blazer, my turn signal switch was not functional so i decided to take my car to sornoso since it was within walking distance from my home, it took 2 days to fix and countless back and forth phone calls explaining that they could not find the part (turn signal switch) and giving me a couple different prices to fix. when i finally get home i come... read more
