Long wait time and unprofessional staff. Overheard a conversation about Puma’s children not being his. If the doctors privacy is not protected, I could imagine the patients.
I go to Sorin Medical on Bay Parkway,The are the best in the world! They treat you like royalty! From the time you enter the door! The doctors are great,for over 40 years problems with my knees.Here at Sorin medical Dr.Ratcliffe was determined to help me,yes he did finally help able to be more mobile,not in constant pain! At Bay Parkway office they really take care of you,everyone is treated with great respect,they truly go out of the way for you! I will never switch to another medical office! The sorin medical office at 1110 pennsylvania ave has no primary doctors at the moment.One died, the other retired. When will this office hire someone.
This place is horrible!! My entire family has been going here for years and it keeps getting worse. We started going here because of proximity, it is right up the block from Spring Creek. The staff are not friendly! If you have an appointment plan to be there for at least 5 hours or more even for a simple physical. They will shift you from the waiting area to one of the rooms where you will wait for another hour before you see the doctor, and the only reason they put you in a room is so you won’t see someone who came after y... read more
