Not too bad, i would say the only thing is his caseload can be a lot so times may vary just a bit. But overall got a fair appraisal for the property and he was professional and answered my phone calls. If he didn’t he did return my call.
8/29/2024 Update: this will be my 3rd appraisal thru this company. Nothing but professional and honest. Highly recommend. Very professional, very thorough and fast turnaround. Mr. Sorge knows what he's doing and gave us a very fair appraisal on our home and land in Clay County. Highly recommend.
I do not recommend this appraiser. Uses comps from 30 miles out to obtain comps while totally bypassing WF area. Stay away from this dude does a poor job. I wish I could Zero star him. He left off unchecked the appliance section of the appraisal, some thorough appraiser you are! You sir do not need to be appraising. Sloppy work PERIOD!
Mr. Sorge did our appraisal for our financial institution. He is very professional and took time to really get a sense of our house. Our appraisal report contained neccessary to complete our transaction. I would use him again and gladly would give him referrals to other clients.
It took forever for him to complete the appraisal on my house. It was originally stated he would appraise the house on the 10th, then took an extra week to complete his job. Do not recommend, will lie to you.
