We had our car towed to Axius when it broke down. I called them to confirm that it arrived - and I was informed that it did. However, I didn't hear from them for three weeks. The amount they wanted to repair the car was outrageous. We considered trading in our two vehicles to get a used SUV. The mileage on the SUV was questionable. When we asked them to come down on the price, they didn't budge.
Great place. Friendly staff. Monica was quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Made car shopping less of a headache for sure. 10/10 recommend for car trade/buying
I have typically had great experiences with this dealership with service. This morning was different. I called last week to get my van in for service and was offered multiple dates. I wanted to get something checked out while it was still under warranty that I received in the mail. The person I talked to said they didn't know what warranty I had even though I gave him my phone and account for my van, which again, have been at this dealership multiple times. They don’t follow a schedule. They suck at updating customers what’s going on. Service writer I talked to while picking up just seemed like she didn’t care about her job and just wanted to leave. Would not recommend them based on this. Service technician did fine and fixed issue as I needed but they’ll leave you high and dry without a loaner cause the cords were showing. Never made mention to getting it for me either so had to bum rides/miss work due to them not diagnosing it on the day dropped off.
