I have typically had great experiences with this dealership with service. This morning was different. I called last week to get my van in for service and was offered multiple dates. I wanted to get something checked out while it was still under warranty that I received in the mail. The person I talked to said they didn't know what warranty I had even though I gave him my phone and account for my van, which again, have been at this dealership multiple times. They don’t follow a schedule. They suck at updating customers what’s going on. Service writer I talked to while picking up just seemed like she didn’t care about her job and just wanted to leave. Would not recommend them based on this. Service technician did fine and fixed issue as I needed but they’ll leave you high and dry without a loaner cause the cords were showing. Never made mention to getting it for me either so had to bum rides/miss work due to them not diagnosing it on the day dropped off.
Busy service department
Absolutely terrible place! I had to have my vehicle towed to Axius because the ABS and brake lights were on. The code populated related to software or communication issue. All local shops pointed to go to a dodge dealership because of possible reconfiguration of abs module. Axius runs diagnostics and comes up with bad ABS module. They could not get new OEM part, so told me they couldn’t do any more until they had a module and couldn’t get me one. I had to locate a refurbished OEM from Rock Auto. Check engine light was on, had them diagnostic check it. Told me it was one part and recommended another part while they were already in there. No problem, I need it fixed and the other part wasn't too expensive so I get them. Leave my car at the shop for a day and a half. Needing to get a ride from two different people to get to work and back to the shop. When I get there around 3pm, they say they haven't even started working on it yet...
