"Dan" is not who you are looking for. Like most attorneys, it's about money. This law firm took my case against a nursing home in September 2023. "OH, yes! We'll take your case." I only spoke to "Dan" 3 times. I gave them all the video and written evidence against this facility. I, personally, fought FOIA to get an un-redacted report for over a year.
