Steve’s been a broker for, I think over 40 years. I met Steve Sorensen about 20 years ago when he was selling the house I was renting – in other words, he was forcing me out! Seamless and Straightforward. Erin handled every phase with aplomb. From pricing / preparing to closing. She anticipated obstacles and developed options on how to handle if they appeared - we were never surprised. The entire process was handled by a true pro, which made our lives easier.

The Best in Alameda! Erin did a great job selling our house in Alameda, including helping us navigate some tricky issues with the buyer. She has excellent knowledge of the market, a great bedside manner, and is a lot of fun to work with. Highly recommended!
