Soreno is top tier. If you have an expensive car then this is where you need to take it. Sam will get you in and out faster than anyone else in the business. I have taken my artura coupe, lucid air, huracan Evo, and now Artura Spider for a radar and dash cam. I never had any issues. For my Artura Sam had to get creative to figure out the exact mount we needed to make it work and he did a phenomenal job. Couldn't be happier. I'm a customer for life or as he said we're family.
Sam and the team are absolutely incredible. We reached out to them to have my dad’s C-Class OEM screen replaced with a larger, CarPlay capable screen. At first, the screen they installed had some issues. Sam was committed to ensuring our screen worked perfectly however. After a couple of visits to the shop and a couple of phone calls (Sam was always readily available to speak) attempting to reconfigure the screen, we determined the screen was defective. a little pricier for dashcam install than the competition but you also get assurance they do the job they tell you they will. in and out in an hour and they have a very clean professional waiting area near JWA. forgot to buy one thing for the dashcam to monitor when parked and that's on me so i ordered it and will make another appointment to install it. sam is super nice and professional. will be back to get the windows tinted. happy to pay their pricing.
The team is professional, communicative and detailed oriented. I've had them install ambient light in my interior in my suv. In my 2nd car they wrapped window pillars to restore the look of my car. Also wrapped a black bumper piece. Lastly installed a new grill and a lit brand logo in the center of new grill. The team did an fantastic job on both vehicles and at a fair price.
