Dr. Olson has treated me several times for broken leg and hip. He always knows what to do.
Timely, on target, prepared, staff nice, helpful, doctor looks a person in the eye. Didn’t feel rushed or pushed. Felt safe.
The entire experience was more than outstanding. As walking in scared out of my mind, the ladies at the front desk were very calming. Take that to the next step, the ladies ( and please forgive me I'm horrible remembering names) in the back were more than wonderful. The woman who placed the IV in me did it on first stab and I did not feel a thing. Outstanding especially for a person who has a needle phobia. Dr. Kersten is a 10 in my opinion.He is excellent at explaining what will be needed to make the repair.He has made repairs to both of my shoulders with a great outcome.
Not comfortable with the visit at all. Didn't seem like he was interested in the needs that I have to better myself . Maybe he wasn't comfortable with doing the surgery on me. Felt like I was discriminated against for sure.
Dr Olson has treated my right knee for the last 2 years, culminating in a total knee replacement. He took a very measured approach, spending as much time as we needed to talk about all of our options and working out easy up gradually to the replacement. His focus was always on what I wanted and needed. He is very patient and a good communicator. Surgery went very smoothly. Great nurses and office staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
On the day of my surgery, from the moment I walked into the NWOS waiting area, checking in was very easy, then when I went back to be prepped for surgery every attending nurse up to the chief anaesthetician was extremely courteous, kind, gentle and absolutely professional.
