Sorellas Day spa, I was pleased with the bath and massage but less than 7 days my mani and pedi is peeling off.... not good for business. Especially from someone who traveled 3,000 miles and chose you! I was the only African woman there on my birthday Jan 10th... spent $300 for nothing, shame on y’all ...
RecommendedThe customer service is absolutely impeccable. This goes for the ownership and trickles down to the front desk ladies. I couldn't be more supportive of a business, I won't go to any other day spa in Missoula because of the great service. I can't say enough good things about Sorella's!
Ridiculous! If u forget about your appointment and miss it they charge your card for 100% of the cost of the massage you scheduled. No other place does this. this is extraordinary....
Had a 60 minute massage from Lindsey. She is amazing!! She worked Wonders on me I felt like a new person when I walked out!
