I'm disappointed with my lash lift experience here. I was very clear from the start that I wanted an L-shape, dramatic lift and I explained that in the past, softer curls haven't lasted on my lashes. After 1.5 hours, the result wasn't what I asked for, but the artist was kind enough to try to fix it. I was told the owner had recommended a different curl to the artist to prevent fluffiness during grow-out. I went here for my extensions and it was great, I liked the environment and others complain about the stylists wanting to talk constantly to you or being too loud which I didn't find an issue. Yesterday I got a lash lift. Now, I've gotten a lash lift before, to which looks nothing like what I've received. After a long appointment and finally being able to look clearly at what was done, I'm extremely disappointed.
