My experience at this salon was extremely disappointing and stressful. From the start, I was instructed to clean my own lashes, which was a first for me in over six years of getting lash extensions—but fine, I went along with it. However, the bathroom was far from clean, with brooms and mops practically in your face while trying to use it, and the floor was littered with dry leaves.
