I went here for my extensions and it was great, I liked the environment and others complain about the stylists wanting to talk constantly to you or being too loud which I didn't find an issue. Yesterday I got a lash lift. Now, I've gotten a lash lift before, to which looks nothing like what I've received. After a long appointment and finally being able to look clearly at what was done, I'm extremely disappointed. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Stefany. I got lash extensions for my 10-day trip to Puerto Rico, and my eyes still look beautiful. I highly recommend her.
I honestly didn’t even want to write this review because everyone I encountered at the lash bar was extremely nice, and the atmosphere was beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. It’s disappointing that the owner has a negative impact on what could otherwise be a great establishment. Unfortunately, the owner is the problem. She refuses to take accountability and has no sense of responsibility for how her actions or lack of professionalism directly produce negative results for her clients.
