It’s disappointing that the owner has a negative impact on what could otherwise be a great establishment. Unfortunately, the owner is the problem. She refuses to take accountability and has no sense of responsibility for how her actions or lack of professionalism directly produce negative results for her clients. I got a Hybrid Cat Eye set from Massiel and she absolutely ate, so happy with my lashes !! She’s so sweet and gentle with my lashes! The studio is very clean, love the aesthetic and i highly highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience at this lash services! My card was declined she let me go and come back to pay the same day without drama!The place is so calming, truly the perfect environment to relax.
