This gym is a hidden gem in South Corona! Great group fitness classes taught by fun instructors including Bootcamp, Upbeat Barre and Pilates and High Fitness. The women that attend classes are welcoming and warm. The owner Cheryl is an amazing woman who really cares about her clients!
Cheryl the Trainer here is Amazing! She knows exactly what to and how hard to push! The workouts are always different so you never get board. The gym is located in Temescal Valley! Try it for a week free. Very friendly members, positive, encouraging and motivating environment! I highly recommend this gym to all my friends and family!!
