Mason (RMT) at Sore Spots is incredibly skilled! I have never had another practitioner who I've felt has had an actual dialogue with my body throughout treatment, or who used such a wide range of techniques together so seamlessly. I felt much better after my appointment, and slept like a baby. Sore Spots itself is a great location - I felt comfortable and cared for the whole time.
I would highly recommend Dr. Hebb. I have been dealing with chronic, lower back pain for years and routine approaches like yoga, physio and stretching, while helpful, have never really provided the relief I was seeking. Dr. Hebb did provide adjustments/manipulations which provided some relief, but the biggest impact was helping me target key drivers of pain, and creating a plan that increased my exposure to these, allowing my back to desensitize (my words, not his) and greatly decrease acute exacerbations. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Geoffrey Hebb enough!! Driving all day my back and hips had been really bothering me and impacting my life in different ways. From my initial assessment with Dr. Hebb I knew I was in great hands. He works with me as an equal and involves me in every step of the process, making sure I am informed and can ask any questions that I have as a relative newbie to chiropractic care. My back and hips have been feeling much better already and I look forward to my next appointment, thank you Dr. Hebb!
Megan is a fantastic therapist. Not only did she address my primary concerns with great accuracy, but she also treated other issue areas as well. She has a very grounding, calm presence that puts you at ease immediately.
