I've been seeing Jamie at Sore Spots for well over a year now and it is by far one of the best massages I've ever had. She recommended the barefoot massage on one of my first treatments and I haven't looked back. Recently suffered a small Injury and Jamie and her team here(chiropractor as well) have been helping me feel so much better. Just left a massage feeling the best I have in weeks. Highly recommend this place for deep tissue massage as the barefoot treatment really gets in there.
Shannon was friendly and very diligent about making sure I was comfortable and felt safe. She checked in with me when starting new spots and helped ease the tension in some parts of my body. I will definitely return to her!
