May 2025 I have been a customer since 2016. They are an authorized repair service for my system. My first repair was handled by Curtis, and he was diligent, courteous and professional. My most recent repairs have been done by Santos, and he is diligent, courteous and professional. I have joined the company's loyalty program to get discounts on parts and services. Nope. I did not have a good experience with Sorber. TOO MUCH follow-up for my warranty repairs. Appears the number to call for Service and actual repair Technicians are two different companies. I would have called 5/6 times and each time I get a note " Technician will call you" which never happens. At least couple of times Appointment was scheduled and NO ONE showed up. So, look elsewhere and don't waste time like me.
Sorber is OK but DON'T get a Daikin! Curtis and Sorbers crew did a great install and are very friendly. Their technicians are good but hard to get a hold of for non emergencies. The Daikin Fit heatpump they installed has been having problems from the start. One of which is the compressor fan (outdoor) cycles on and off in 6min intervals for 2-6hr a day when there is no call for cooling or the thermostats are set to "Off".
