It was quiet inside but we got seated in this super cute booth. The two rolls we got were good, yakitori was flavorful, and the sweet potato was a little too sour for me. We got a raspberry tiramisu with a cute spoon shaped cookie and we ate that thing up so fast. The restaurant is located inside a residential building lobby but not hard to access. Zero star if that was an option. Dishonest business practice! Never coming again! Food was fine, price was reasonable. No issue there. Went alone on a Thursday in early June 2026 for lunch while travelling. Place was quiet. Everything was fine. Until it wasn't. There is 20% gratuity included in the bill by default, which I'm ok with. The issue comes a week later when I see my credit card charges. The AC was out, no one was informed until 20 minutes before a birthday party. Then it was too late to try and go anywhere else.
So….where to begin. I came with a group of about 15 to celebrate a birthday and let’s just say from the time walking in to the time walking out…the service was subpar. To begin the AC wasn’t working at all or working very minimally. It was HOT and HUMID. Now on to the service…SLOW. I understand we are a sizeable party but this was beyond slow.
