The Emergency Room nurses are incredibly heartless and have 0 compassion! The ICU staff is the absolute worst! There is only one kind doctor and one kind ICU nurse. Dr. Steven Kiss - 5 stars. Rex- 5 stars

Recommended6 day stay... compassionate... knowledgeable staff... Dr. Shin my rock star and totally went out of his way to put a health plan together... made me feel important and compassionate... finally things are looking up... Extremely unprofessional!! Ignoring a patients call button and laughing at them! Then hesitating to tell the patient what meds they are giving them after being asked multiple times!! I am so pissed on how they are treating my mother!! I have been on the phone with her as she has been pressing the call button as well as yelling for someone and they continue to ignore her. They can't even deny it because my sister was ON THE NURSES PHONE and the nurse didn't even realize it!! There's NO excuse for the way they have treated her... read more

RecommendedI was recently sent to Mountain View Hospital Emergency for Abit of a Nasty head injury on 1-26-21. There was a Nurse that Immediately had me Cat Scanned and looked at by a Physician J. Ruston MD that was also Professional and just as Concerned. The General Practitioner M. Cadelago I would also say was Very Professional in his job. Even though I get Excellent care at The Veterans Hospital... Mountain View is just as Excellent. Thank Everyone involved in 1-26-21 for Everything.
