Je comprends pourquoi l’établissement a une aussi basse note. Les agences administratives manquent tellement d’empathie et ne cherche pas du tout à t’aider . Plusieurs messages vocaux sans rappel pour un état suivi depuis 1 an qui se dégrade. Vraiment décevant
We waited for 10 hours and they still did not call us we had a really bad experience the nurses and the doctors were rude. We are not going there ever again.
If I could I’d give this please zero stars. I was there for 11 hours yesterday my mom was given wrong instructions on where to get her tests done and was in excruciating pain for 11 hours because they made her wait the entire time. When we tried to get some help after waiting for so long the nurses were incredibly rude and yelled at me and my family. Nobody cared about our needs and it was overall the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. Do not come here
Wait twelve hours for nothing. A visibly drunk nurse who reeked of alcohol cussed us out for asking for our x ray results. This place is an embarrassment to the healthcare system, I think there is legitimately a malpractice suit to be filed here. One of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had or even heard about. Not to mention it is disgustingly unsanitary on every level. If you have any choice in the matter, go literally anywhere else.
I find it very concerning that in a hospital—where preventing the spread of germs, bacteria, and viruses should be a top priority—I was told by an aide ("préposé") that if I wanted my room cleaned every day, I would need to pay for a private room. Cleanliness should be an essential part of patient care, regardless of the type of room a patient is assigned.
