My son has been coming here for a few years now and is seen for speech therapy. We have had a few great therapists along the way and they do help him. However, some of the staff are rude, they show up late when the appointments are only 30 minutes to begin with. If we show up late, we have to pay a late fee. And on top of it, we have been scheduling him 2 weeks out for the summer. and every single week, they text to reschedule an already scheduled appointment due to their circumstances. Staff is not friendly
We went there for several sessions with our child; he gained nothing and actually became worse. They are not professionals, bad attitude , they complains and get tired of the child so quickly , lot of mistakes.
Wasted a year in speech therapy for our child and there is no improvement (in fact at times, it’s seems to have gotten worse). We “graduated” even though the speech needs still exist. Very frustrating and waste of money. Trust your gut here!
