My sister and I recently moved a few weeks ago after having lived at this property since 2020. This is by far the worst conditions I have ever seen it in. It is also the worst management company to have ever managed this property.How any property owner would be ok with entrusting their investment to the current company is beyond me. Love living here!! Wonderful location, queit and peaceful, great pool. I highly recommend these apartments!
The managers great but the management company sucks. No matter what company runs it we still have no pool,no laundry room and centrally run AC that never works and bird crap all over. Maintenance is never around or can never fix the problem entirely. I resigned my lease with promises that this year would be different but it's only gotten worse. If you don't like amenities and love being lied to by your apartment complex please take advantage of the move in specials here at Vertical at Biltmore 🤬
Pretty grounds ,quiet and clean
Albert has been an exceptional person since I first came to view an apartment. He has gone above and beyond with helping me through the application process and I am sad to see him go I wish him all the best and he will be missed.
