Pretty grounds ,quiet and clean
Albert has been an exceptional person since I first came to view an apartment. He has gone above and beyond with helping me through the application process and I am sad to see him go I wish him all the best and he will be missed.
The managers great but the management company sucks. No matter what company runs it we still have no pool,no laundry room and centrally run AC that is never works and bird crap all over. Maintenance is never around or can never fix the problem entirely. I resigned my lease with promises that this year would be different but it's only gotten worse. If you don't like amenities and love being lied to by your apartment complex please take advantage of the move in specials here at Vertical at Biltmore 🤬
Today I was on a service call & meet with Katia D & Albert Y, Vince A. They were super personal & super kind I was happy to have meet them today & get to know them a little I just wanted to say I give them all a 5 star review for there customer relations. Thank you , Mario C.
