I don’t ever write reviews, but I think Suwa Braiding and the owners need to be held accountable. When I first arrived to the shop, nobody was there yet although I was told to come at 9:30. After waiting for some time, one braider showed up and attended to another customer. I waited for almost another hour before another braider came to start my hair.
