My favorite nail shop. They always manage to fit me in when I don't have an appointment and if I ask how long the wait is they are truthful and don't have me waiting around wasting time like other places. Everyone there is great at their job!! You will not be disappointed. Mimi will always take the time to make things right. Highly recommend!
I don’t think I have ever left a bad review for a nail salon but this place is just so terrible . The gel pedi and mani both didn’t come with a massage or anything. The lady who did the pedi just got up and I had no idea she was even done no thank you no take care nothing. They’re very odd here . But I was like fine maybe they’re not friendly but then my nails only lasted me 5 days . Waste of money . Go elsewhere
Extremely let down with this place, I went after a long day of work for a pedicure. I go in and tell them they say it will be a few minutes to wait so I sit down. Then TWO ladies walk in after 5-10 minutes. they ask them what they doing which means no appointment or call before. And they tell them to just walk right ahead. Mind you I’m Hispanic , & the ones who walked in . You guessed it. with everything going on in LA definitely felt some type of way. I walked out.
The first time I came here I had my nails done by a gentleman, and his work it very pretty and he took his time, the next time I went he wasn’t there and I assumed I would be okay with another person. They had me with someone who didn’t know what they were doing when glueing the gel nail, someone else had to come in take of the nail and reglue it.
