Sopris Review Sopris Homes is NOT a true custom home builder. Our experience has been horrible. If others say they got a quality build, it’s highly likely there are undiscovered construction defects that were covered up before the owners noticed. Pull down a gutter to see if fascia was painted or even caulked. Measure fascia to see if it actually fascia or a cheaper piece of siding substituted as fascia. Put a level or square on walls, floors, bathtubs. Pull off your soffit to see if there is proper framing to support it. He... read more
