Our PA Melissa also does focused Women's Health. We offer email and phone access and help coordinate any specialists visits. I’ve known and been treated by Dr. Soppe for 18 years, as has my kids and my husband. Dr. Soppe is the epitome’ of kindness, awareness, and professionalism. His staff is well trained and informed. This office understands health. He takes action quickly and has come to my family’s aid several times during emergent situations. His diagnoses have been quick, informative and accurate. He is available to his patients, which is a rarity these days! Being in the healthcare space professionally, I cannot give him enough praise.
He used to be my elderly mom's doctor. We changed to another and have always been happy that we did. He doesn't listen or communicate well. He is not transparent. Does not like to inform his patients. His life judgement isn't good. He wants to make the medical decisions and the patient and the patient's family to just do what he says and not question anything. Dr. Glenn Soppe and everyone in his practice are welcoming and professional. He has a sensible, down-to-earth demeanor. He is thorough, not rushed, and eager to answer your questions.. He provides you with a written summary to ensure that you remember all that is discussed. He relentless in getting to the bottom of an issue. He uncovered a life threatening heart condition that traditional test and markers would not have suggested. I can’t say enough in support of my recommendation.
Dr. Soppe and his Physician Assistant Melissa are very experienced, personable and work as a team for my elderly husband, myself and my adult daughter. Their office actually provides customer service unlike most Doctors. They know us and respond to our needs quickly. Dr. Soppe works closely with specialists and Scripps Hospital which gives us great comfort. I highly recommend Dr. Soppe and his Concierge program which has been more than worth the extra cost for many years.-LJ
