My boyfriend brought me there to treat me to a manicure as we'd just gotten engaged few days earlier and knew I'd be showing off the ring. I has no appointment, the gentleman that greeted me was pleasant and very helpful when I was trying to choose a color to go the design I wanted. I use to go there often. After the lack of politeness and making appointments and being left in a chair and being treated like garbage I along with several other friends decided to stop going there. If you made an appointment,they take there sweet time and Should have ONE person wait on you not five, or forget about you. Today after a year of not going I though I would go and see if the service had changed. Nope, the one woman Lynn whom speaks English, but doesn't understand it was rude, and doesn't listen. The actual nail work is shotty. Only two of them do a good job. The wait time is long and your nail job is rushed. You'll end up aggravated by the end. My daughter got her nails done there, after the lady lectured her about how to take appropriate care of your nails (she's 7) and it was all gone by the time she woke up the next day. I have had my nails done several times there and I have only been happy with them twice. My last visit was my last straw. I brought my 2 daughters there to get our nails done and the 3 women that did our nails were very nice and very talented with their designs. We are definitely going back soon.
