Between the Gaia zen Space, Zeus conference room and all the Elite Pros that make Sophros Recovery Center the place it is, 5 stars for helping me thru a recent transitional time with genuine consideration for my situation. As someone who was brought up by 2 AA old-timers, recovery/fellowship/mental Health are and always have been high priority.
Sophros is out of this world incredible. I attended PHP, IOP, and then OP for a total of 4 months. All of the therapists are so kind and caring and compassionate. The group classes are so meaningful and truly help you work through trauma and understanding the background of your behaviors. The individual sessions are warm and comforting and provide excellent feedback to help you through your addictions or other trauma based events. I’m forever grateful for Sophros. It saved my life.
My therapist Genelle was amazing during my care and follow on resources. They need more like her. ART with Bella was an unknown successful experience. The entire staff from Anna to all the facilitators were non judgemental and truly brought enlightenment to topics. I read reviews and by luck and the grace of God found the absolute best program.
Sophros is an exceptional facility. The staff is supportive and skilled in their individual areas. The therapists genuinely care about helping their clients. My individual therapist was compassionate, yet she challenged me. They made sure I was set up for success afterwards and check in on me regularly. There is also an alumni program and daily meetings that are open to anyone.
