Unfortunately, I never felt like we could be on the same page mainly upon my second visit, it felt drastically different than my first. I did not feel seen or heard here at all, I felt pushed off and I was not ready to mess around with my health especially with something serious. A very knowledgeable doctor who took a lot of time. He and his staff are very kind.
My mother was seeing Dr. Geroulis. I can tolerate a Dr. with terrible bed side manners if he has the knowledge and skill required to do the job. It always seemed a bother to ask him any questions about prescriptions or a potential change in prescription due to adverse side effects. The real icing on the cake was his office canceling my mom's appointment because they found out that she had been inquiring about seeing a different neurologist. Very unprofessional!
I am so thankful to have Dr Geroulis to care for my migraines ! He really listens, he provides all options and takes care to make sure you are able to get your meds. He is also easy to talk to and very calming .
Prescription was sent to a pharmacy I do not use 45 minutes away. I have requested multiple times that it get sent to my local pharmacy (twice via phone call to the office, twice via message to the office, a phone call to my pharmacy and the pharmacy it was sent to, and two additional requests to transfer the prescription online through my pharmacy) but Nurse Christine F refuses to.
