If I could give zero star I would very rude and don’t know how to talk to customers and very high price and work not even good at all I do not recommend at all spend somewhere else
Will not be returning. Specifically asked for female technician when booking appointment, as I do with every appt I book. When a male technician began my service, I would have walked out if I weren't going out of town tomorrow and have no time or energy to book somewhere else. Its late in the day. This shows a lack of respect for my time and for me, as a paying guest at your salon. Please let people know when they book appointments if you are unwilling or unable to accommodate requests. When I arrived I was greeted by Tiffany who promptly got me signed in and got started immediately. This was my first experience getting nails and she was very helpful to help me choose what would be best for me. Was very happy with the results! Will definitely be back and will recommend this place to my friends and family.
My sisters, my daughter and my nieces have all went to this establishment for a while now. They have just lost ALL OF US over a nail polish change. Seriously!!!!!! My sister had her nails done on Monday. She went back on Wednesday because it messed up (the same day) They said she should have came back next day. Now that it’s Wednesday and not Tuesday she has to pay a nail polish change. No ma’am! Now you have just lost several customers not just ONE!!!!!! WOW!!!
Just left your establishment not happy. I went Monday to get my manicure and pedicure like I do monthly. My nails were not dry when I left I walked back in and she semi fixed it. I had already been there since 9am and it was after 12 before I left. I went back today and they wanted to charge to re shape and paint my nails . Um I just had that done 2 days ago why would I pay you to fix YOUR ERROR! Needless to say me nor my family (sisters,nieces and friends) won't be back. She spoke to me as if I was so stupid.
