Jena and her daughter were in the salon while I had my hair down. Jena took her time and tried to do what I asked. Darken my natural color but highlights as well. She did great! They were both pleasant and helpful. I like to just enjoy my hair service as it relaxes me. It’s not that Jena talked to me as a new client but also just let me relax and enjoy the hair service.
I went in to get a stacked Bob, this lady called herself an instructor, if you don't take my advice and run from this place then that's on you. She stops cutting to tell me she is having trouble stacking my hair. Lady it looks like I had a ponytail chopped off. I was humiliated to even walk to my car. If I could give her a zero I would, she was mad when I went in because somebody allowed their kids to act wild on her old furniture!
