I will never go back here. I had an appointment at 6:15. I show up and she tells me that she didn’t know that I made an appointment online. I wait for over an hour and still nothing. Not even an update. I end up leaving and booking with someone else. This is so unprofessional
We walked in one day and scheduled an appointment with Kristina. She appeared to be the only stylist there at the time. We were scheduled two weeks out on the 10/7 @330pm. The day of Kristina texts me 11 minutes before the appointment and states she’s going to be a FEW minutes late. She shows up almost 30 minutes late. We left. Kristina and the entire staff are awesome. They pride themselves in making sure your hair is healthy. No matter how damaged your hair can be, they will restore it to its natural beauty.
She told me the truth about my hair and what i should do to grow it out, i like the honesty. Ps she is a great beautician.
