The steam room was ok but the scrub room was cold . If its always the same , I wont recommend.
Wow, this place has literally taken my breath away. The fine attention to detail, the clean atmosphere and wonderful smelling oils, soaps and masks that they use. The beautiful woman Mina who treated me to the most amazing hammam experience. Luxurious, soothing and so so relaxing. I have never experinced a more welcoming and accommodating place like Sophisticated Spa. Truly a gem that everyone needs to experience.
I had the BEST time at this spa! I booked the party package for 3 and everything from start to finish was so thoughtful and luxurious. We were welcomed with fresh robes and disposable undergarments, then started with the steam sauna before the Turkish Hamam. The full body scrub, clay mask, and foam wash left my skin feeling SUPER clean, soft and refreshed. I have been coming here since we moved to Newmarket in 2021. This is the best colorist in town. She knows how to work with Dark, straight hair and my new growing Greys. Over the years, I went from vibrant red, to cool blue and now to Purple/blue/red trio, she never disappoints, and I received numerous compliments. Kudos!! They are the best here.
