A bunch of LAZY "aides". They just sit around with the tv BLASTING. They play the stupid card. They won't follow any rules. They bring unwrapped food in the house in there many bags. They are unsanitary. They YELL on the phone. They WON'T hear if there is an emergency. DON'T get these SOULESS " aides" !
Sophie's Healthcare services is the most unprofessional, unreliable,irresponsible, uncaring agency I have ever dealt with. I was told they were providing services for my husband starting June 13, 2015. I had to call every day they were supposed to send an aide. Each time there was an excuse as to why my aide wasn't at my home. Until last Sunday when no aide showed up and no one answered the phone at the office all day.
