Such a cute little shop! The owner Robyn was quite pleasant and very helpful. She does care about her customers as I had a very good experience with her. I highly recommend her.

Went there twice today between 1:20pm and 2:30pm, as they open at 11am - close at 3pm the sign was outfront indicating they were open and the open sign was in the door but there was a "be back at 3:45pm" on the door.. witch is 45 minutes after they close 🤷‍♂️. I even called the store and still no answer, dont waist your time going there and just book an appointment at a "Real" Reputable Jeweler.

The woman working at this shop is rude and unprofessional. A couple of months ago, I brought in a watch for a battery change and the gentleman working that day charged me $45 for the service. I returned a couple of weeks later for 2 more watches, for the same service and, this time around it was a woman behind the counter. She asked double the price for each watches. Such a cute little shop! The owner is quite pleasant and very helpful. We ended up buying my son a graduation gift and we wanted it engraved. She had that done and returned promptly and ready on time for pick up.!
