The woman working at this shop is rude and unprofessional. A couple of months ago, I brought in a watch for a battery change and the gentleman working that day charged me $45 for the service. I returned a couple of weeks later for 2 more watches, for the same service and, this time around it was a woman behind the counter. She asked double the price for each watches. Such a cute little shop! The owner is quite pleasant and very helpful. We ended up buying my son a graduation gift and we wanted it engraved. She had that done and returned promptly and ready on time for pick up.!
Bad bad customer service
I recently brought some gold into a shop for the first time, not even knowing if it was real. I had never sold gold before, so I knew nothing about the process. When I arrived, Robin was there with her three little dogs! She was the only one working and was helping another customer, so she asked me to wait, giving me time to browse.
