Avoid this place. Owner Sophia is very unprofessional. Workers are lazy and took several breaks without notice. I arrived at 930am left at 9pm for a service that was suppose to take 6 MAX… two people worked on my head for what was suppose to be small box braids! They were not small at all picture below! A waste of 300 dollars!
I’ve given this place two opportunities. One was a last minute and the other was ahead of time. The second time I tried to give clear instructions and I even showed a picture. She not only did not follow the picture, she completely messed up the back. All I asked was for cornrows, and idk what the hell I got. It’s like a mullet for braids. For a service industry, this place fails to serve and be sure what their customer wants. There are much better options else where. Very disappointed.
Very unprofessional. Stopped in the middle of braiding my hair after I waited 30 minutes for her to begin. I had to wait an hour while she did someone else’s hair. I’ve been here for 5 hours and my hair is not even half way done.
I'm never coming back here again! They talk about people in their native language and don't take care of your hair well!
