We've been using Sophie's Angels for home health assistance for my father, who is elderly, frail, has heart failure, renal failure and terrible swallowing issues. What stands out most is the genuine time and attention the caregivers give him — they listen, to the small things that matter to him, like what foods he enjoys, and they're so careful and patient when feeding him given his swallowing issues.
