If I could give a 0 I would. Her assistant is rude and insensitive. I am worried about my son that has fluid and a blockage around his kidneys and when I questioned why they keep sending him back and forth just to overcharge insurance I was told that Dr Kramer has more important cancer patients and doing surgery so she is too busy. So I asked why would she take new patients if she does not have the time? A very bad experience. Dr Kramer is by far, the best PCP I’ve had. She is well prepared, very compassionate and knowledgeable.
