"I had a very disappointing experience at Sophie Hair Center. I arrived at 7:11 PM, well before their listed closing time of 8:00 PM, but the staff told me they were closed and refused to provide any service. When I pointed out that Google shows they’re open until 8, they still denied me. If a business doesn’t plan to honor its posted hours, they should update them or at least communicate better. This was unprofessional and a waste of my time."

After almost 10 yrs of me coming to this place , today I received the most unprofessional service. I literally was so embarrassing After they asked me to pay $20 for a $9.99 haircut that's literally a $10 dollar tip she was asking for !! , not only they told me to pay $20 but they literally yelled across the barbershop with other customers inside, I always pay them $15 dollars which is a $5 dollar tip which it adds up to $720 a yr because i cut my hair no less than 3 times a year other times i give them 20 dollars again it's... read more

Pretty BAD customer service. I would NOT recommend this place, just go down the street and there are far better options available!!
