I used them and now I am homeless disabled American Veterans Widow due to interpretation of the Standard Purchase and Sales Agreement. This does not mean they are doing to buy your house On time of title Sale... They mislead me and even Threatened me with legal if I did not sign at closing. They promise to buy your house but will pay the closing after they rent out your property and Take as much time as they want to pay what they agreed amount was. So watch out for 2 B in the agreement.
