Office Neglect Pot Head Neighbors Been here for 4 months, tried to contact the office numerous times and have yet to see any actions taken. Neighbors constantly smoking pot on the parking lot and in there apartment, the smell travels through the wall. We can't stand it
DO NOT RENT HERE 4 mold problems in 5 years (including black mold). At least 5 "leaks" (water pouring from the ceiling) within the past year (lost count of the total amount in the 5yrs that I have been living here). When you report an issue like water pouring from your, ceiling maintenance usually takes at least an hour to show up. Constant "wet basement/mildew" smell because of the mold /mildew within the walls that they refused to acknowledge as a problem. I would not advise anyone to move here. Recent Work Recently our dishwasher started smoking. We had a new washer installed the next day, better than the one we had before. Immediate response with no second phone call. Issues like this make us very happy to live at Valley Forge Towers North. Thanks as always to our manager Susan and the maintenance guys Bob and Jeff.

This Place Is Home! Montgomery Court Apartments is a place that makes sure your happiness is their top priority! Amazing Apartment Complex! I spent 3 years at Montgomery Courts and loved every second of it! Narberth is a hidden gem of a town with a cute coffee shop, a book store and many locally owned restaurants. I enjoy walking and was able to walk to the train, Wawa, and many supermarkets (Acme. Could stay here forever! I have lived in Valley Forge Towers North since Oct 2015 and it is an excellent place to live. We are young professionals and really enjoy using the indoor/outdoor heated pools, tennis courts, bike trail, awesome gym, social room, and more! Ready to move Things were good until recently. It used to be pretty quiet. Now a group of disrespectful children are always outside and are very vulgar and loud. At times vehicles have a hard time getting through because they will not move. I would mention it to the parent but I've never seen them. I'm not even sure if they live out here. They throw trash everywhere. I was planning on signing on for another year but instead I'm looking elsewhere.
Loved it! Washer/dryer in unit. Maintenance always available when things need to be fixed! Affordable pricing. Quiet area. Close to everything! Pool is a plus.. only negative thing is appliances are dated & walls a thin but overall I loved living here! Jessica, Lindsay & Tierra were awesome!
Expected more They used to be grate but since galman took over the trash is always over flowing and the snow removal is terrible. The apartments are great but very dated, neighbors are quiet for the most part. I just expected more now that they've jacked the rent up
