Love Sophia's! I've been going there for several years, somewhere between 8-10 years. All the regular techs do great work there. I have rarely had a problem with nicks, cuts, etc Sometimes, however, there will be a very young person there, maybe doing an "apprenticeship" or something?? Their work is not nearly so good as Sophia's, but its adequate. All in all, Sophia's is my top pick for nail shops in the area.
The last two times I went in, the lady cut my fingers up so bad and made me bleed! The first time it happened was because she was ripping off a nail that partially broke. She felt bad and gave me a design for free. This last time the lady cut me 3 times and got attitude with me for bleeding to much!!! I have never not tipped, but I will never go back there again!
