I went to this place for the first time to get my nails done, and it was the worst experience. The staff are not rude—they are actually nice—but the quality of the service is terrible. They sold me a more expensive nail polish, saying it would last longer. However, the very next day, the polish started coming off. That was surprising because I was told it would be long-lasting. They only clean your nails well if you pay the expensive service. I want to suppose bc basic pedicure was just more massage than cleaning or treating nails and cuticles in the right way. Very disappointed it’s the closest one, but PAY for less than basic quality is better doing yourself at home with barbey tools and they will feel better than this. Yes, I did complain, yes I did tip bc they were courteous but not good!!
As much as I would love to give this place a 5 star experience , I can't ! I got a crappy pedicure, and my manicure wasn't to from behind . Reg. Pedi and a gel manicure $ 63.00 . She barely touched me! She refused to listen and hear me out when I told her the color on my hands and feet were totally different colors! I repeated myself more than 4 times and she refused to just stop for a second and process what I was telling her. It was only then did some other tech step in to help with the situation .
