My poor non English speaking dad called 3 times, on hold for over an hour for each. 3 HOURS OF HOLD. The own office admin disconnected the call….. (as the translator said oh no they disconnected the call) n DIDNT EVEN CALL BACK! MY DAD HAS BEEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE AN SIMPLE APPOINTMENT FOR 3 HOURS . I’m back on hold only for them to say BULLSHIT of how they can’t take my dad till Feb. but gave him all different stories. Terrible do not make this office ur PCP

3/15/2022 I received a call to pick up a referral for my Mother. I asked the receptionist /clerk or secretary to please fax it to the Doctor that required it. I was told they were to busy to fax ( takes less than 2 minutes to fax). Therefore I was told I had to pick it up and I did but when I arrived there were 3 females sitting at the computer and office empty but yet they were so called busy for a 2 minute fax.
