My cousin sent me the money to buy flowers for my mom on her birthday. I went on their website the day before her birthday and ordered the your special day flower cake. I get a phone call around 2pm stating that they did not have that type of order available anymore and I would have to pick something else. went to the gift shop and had no customer service at all, was not asked if they could help me or welcome to our store or anything....felt unwelcome and as if owner was looking at me thinking i might be a thief or something. Even if I found something I wanted to buy I would NoT buy it from a company with that much bad customer service!! There are other stores who welcome u and would prefer to spend my money elsewhere~!!
Order flowers for my fianc�es birthday on the 22nd with explicit instructions to deliver in the morning on the 23rd. Flowers did not arrive until the afternoon around 2pm AFTER my fianc�e had left the office! Why I said DELIVER IN THE AM as she had meetings outside the office in the afternoon. Did I get a phone call from them saying "we cant deliver in the morning"? No! Had I, other arrangement could have been made. Thanks for nothing! Suggestion? Order from somewhere else!
