I’m so grateful for my time living at Sophia Square. The team went above and beyond, especially while my dogs were going through a difficult transition at the beginning. Lived here for 2 years. The best amenity hands down was the maintenance staff. They live on-site, so their turnaround time is phenomenal. They are extremely conscientious and any time there was a problem they'd be there almost always within 24 hours to get it fixed. Not only that, they would go above and beyond to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Property is top notch, office staff is amazing and very helpful!
I lived in the apartment for close to 2 years and changed units within the building. Worst experience I had was that they never returned my security deposits both times I vacated the apartment. Also, they charged me extra for illogical reasons. They find ways to charge you extra. I hired a professional cleaning agency to do the deep cleaning. But they found a weird reason of some kind of food smell to charge huge amount of money. When I asked for more info they did not respond. Leasing staff is just not helpful. I had the wo... read more
