Lived here for 2 years. The best amenity hands down was the maintenance staff. They live on-site, so their turnaround time is phenomenal. They are extremely conscientious and any time there was a problem they'd be there almost always within 24 hours to get it fixed. Not only that, they would go above and beyond to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Property is top notch, office staff is amazing and very helpful!
I lived in the apartment for close to 2 years and changed units within the building. Worst experience I had was that they never returned my security deposits both times I vacated the apartment. Also, they charged me extra for illogical reasons. They find ways to charge you extra. I hired a professional cleaning agency to do the deep cleaning. My husband and I lived at Sophia Square and wouldn’t recommend it. The elevators were constantly broken, which made daily life incredibly frustrating. Friends and family could rarely visit because access was such a hassle, and delivery drivers (like DoorDash) almost never made it to the right unit. The leasing office staff was consistently unhelpful . For the rent they charge, you expect convenience and at least the basics to work—unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere
