My mother saw her recently and had a terrible experience. Dr Purekal tried to prescribe her a medicine that she was told my mother is allergic to and she did not listen to any of the health concerns expressed to her. After hearing this I checked the doctor’s google reviews hoping to find someone else she’s treated poorly but apparently it’s just my mom unless other people are not being honest. 0/10 would not recommend.
Dr Purekal was one of the best doctors I had ever had, unfortunately since she left Open Gates two years ago, finding a new PCP that compares to her in this area is absolutely impossible.
