I would steer clear of doing business with Polk Realty. First day I moved into the house she put on the market, we noticed the pool had an active underground leak which was not disclosed amongst many other things. Will be contacting the better business bureau, but please think twice before using or buying one of her listings.
We just sold our home in Willowbend and needed a rental home to get into until we found another home to buy. This group was extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Will certainly be sure to not use them in the future or recommend them to our family/friends.
Sophia cannot be bothered to answer the phone even when a prospective client wants to look at a home she has listed. Why would you call yourself an agent if you literally don't return calls?
I have had the unpleasant encounter to meet with John! He acts like he’s totally supportive of anything you need, or acts like he’s on your side by engaging in personal conversations with you about my health and telling me about his father’s health.
