Today I had a pedicure and a manicure at Sophia nails. Both of these two services came out excellent. My nails are beautiful with a little flower on them. The pedicure is awesome, they never rush on me but take time to do all the massage. My feet are really hard to be taken care of but they bless me every time. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone is doing their best job not only on an art but the hospitality. I’ve been here with them for two years already and they never disappoint me once.
Great salon with an outstanding team! The staff is friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. The owner is especially welcoming, greeting clients at the door and ensuring everyone is well taken care of in a timely manner. The level of customer service truly makes this salon stand out. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Sophia's for a couple of months now and very happy that I switched from my previous salon! Mia is wonderful!! The salon is always very clean, the staff are all very friendly, and I never feel rushed. I was unhappy with how my SNS nails were looking/lasting. I talked with Mia and she recommended builder gel in place. I gave Sophia’s Nails a second chance after being unhappy with my first visit, hoping the issues would be corrected. Unfortunately, the experience was just as disappointing. The owner, who attempted to fix my nails but wasn’t the original technician, had a poor attitude and made me feel like my concerns weren’t valid. The quality of the work was unacceptable.
