Dr. Hendrick is amazing! She is very thorough and kind and patient. She also seems very knowledgeable about how to help us with our needs.
Dr. Hendrick is a wonderful doctor. She gives excellent information and has been amazing for our son. The office, however, is the worst have ever dealt with in all my years of working with specialists. It took MONTHS for them to get my referral processed. They don’t follow through on doing what they say. Multiple people told me they would contact the nurses, pediatrician, pharmacy, etc. just for me to call the next week and find nothing had been done. My son had an appointment scheduled one month in advance, and I was contacted the day before the appointment to be told the doctor won't be in. Now my baby has to wait and struggle another 3 weeks. Super unprofessional and disrespectful!
