Went here to get my boyfriend a chain and they service I got was terrible. They were rude and didn't show me much. Could be because of how I looked came in right after work not looking the greatest, or like I had money to spend. I've never had this happen before. I do not recommend buying here. Overpriced and just not worth dealing with them.
Avoid buying from these guys at all cost. We bought gold bars from them and they said when you want to sell them come in and we will give good price. We went back after 4 months gold price in Costco went up $500 for the 1 oz yet they offered us the same price we bought it for from them 4 months ago. When we asked why they are offering $500 less than the market price their answer was “because we have to make profit”.
