Very unhappy with the service of this floral shop. Placed an order on Thursday 5/7 for flowers for my mom for delivery on Mother's Day. The delivery never came! I tried to reach them by phone, a recording kept me on hold for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. I sent an email and they responded with "I'm sorry there was a flower shortage..." Why didn't they reach out to me so that I could find another shop to send flowers? Very poor customer service, don't shop here.
The flower arrangement was way below the value paid for and arrived in a very bad way and nobody would take claim for it, owner or driver. They put all the blame on the customer. The flowers turned brown edges the following day and small mums were already drooping. Very poor product and poor service. Never recommend or shop there.
they are the best, they have the most beautiful flowers and the service is just fantastic, recomended to every one.
