The hygienist was great. Very knowledgeable
I have been a patient at Dexter Dental Studio for over 10 years and have faithfully gone for cleanings four times a year. My last appointment was at the end of May. I have trusted this office with my dental care for more than a decade, so what happened at my appointment today was incredibly disappointing and, quite frankly, unacceptable. We’ve loved every experience with the hygienists and dentists here. The office is a welcoming and comfortable space. They only accept Delta Dental but will bill out of network. The approach to dentistry aligns with our more natural values so we’ve had to pay out of pocket in the past and it is expensive. I’ve run into some communication issues around a retainer needed for tooth grinding and then again when my daughter had 2 extractions but nothing not easily resolved and they worked to make it right. Briahna was absolutely amazing today! She made me feel so comfortable and calm (especially when doing x-rays which I hate lol)!! Such a wonderful, bright and kind individual and I look forward to seeing her again!!
