I called and ask for pricing. And they had my hair color. She (Sophia) said yes. So I get to the appointment, they didn’t have the hair color I needed. I couldn’t go to the beauty supply,because I was pressed for time. Two days later,all my curly pieces are falling out. I’m at work ppl are handing my hair. That’s embarrassing!!!Two braids have fallen out. I tried to reach out to the shop,no response.
3rd time coming here and each time I was satisfied..
My parts weren't even. My human hair pieces kept falling out the braids. They did a rush job that took 5 hours. By far the worst braids I've ever had.
